sponsor a camper

Many of our campers come from low-income contexts, including inner-city and/or single-parent families.

Please consider sponsoring a camper to attend Hope Bay Bible Camp this summer.

On average, $300 can bring a child or small family to HBBC for a session.

We would be so blessed to have your support in this way!

Read our Sponsor page to understand more of our heart to help anyone attend Hope Bay Bible Camp.

SUMMER STAFF BURSARY

Our summer volunteers give up well-paying jobs to serve at Camp.  Although we are not able to pay salaries to these amazing servant-hearts, we are able to offer bursaries from designated donations.  For many young people attending post-secondary in the autumn, this bursary is very needed, and for some, is the one component that allows them to serve at Camp, instead of working a summer job.

DONATE TO THE STAFF BURSARY*

*Spending of funds is confined to programs and projects approved by Hope Bay Bible Camp. Each restricted contribution designated towards such an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by Hope Bay Bible Camp, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where needed most.

OPERATING Budget

This all-important "General Fund" is the bread-and-butter of our ministry.  Without it, we would not be able to run throughout the year or summer!
(Capital projects are important as well, but the everyday running of this ministry and facility is critical.)

Capital Project:

NEW WASHHOUSE

Our new washhouse is almost complete!  It is fully functional, but still needs some finishing work to be ready for the upcoming summer and ready to weather a long life of serving campers!

In this preliminary conceptual drawing, you can see the 'old' washhouse that will be dismantled, and the placement of the new building in front.

Estimated hard costs: $40,000

Currently pledged: $15,000

Because of the need and nature of this integral building, we are striving to have this project finish this spring, which means there will be a lot of human-hours required in a very short time.  We can use all the volunteer help we can get.
