  • Senior Cabin Leader

    As a Summer Missionary, lead a cabin of up to 8 campers in all aspects of their daily routine.  This includes teaching and mentoring campers in the understanding of the Gospel through cabin Bible studies and devotions, teaching camper skills, and participating in daily chapel sessions, games, and activities.  As the the senior in the cabin you will also mentor a Junior Cabin Leader.


    Preference is given to those age 18+, and those with prior Bible camp experience.


    Supported by the Program Team and Ministry Director.

  • Junior Cabin Leader

    As a Summer Missionary, assist the Senior Cabin Leader in all aspects of your campers' daily  routine.  This includes teaching and mentoring campers in the understanding of the Gospel through cabin Bible studies and devotions, teaching camper skills, and participating in daily chapel sessions, games, and activities.  


    Preference is given to those age 16+, and those with prior Bible camp experience.


    Supported by your Senior Cabin Leader, the Program Team, and Ministry Director.

  • Discipleship Camp Leader

    As a Summer Missionary, lead a cabin of up to seven teenage campers through all aspects of their daily routine in an intensive two-week program.  This includes teaching and mentoring campers in the understanding of the Gospel through cabin Bible studies and devotions, leading and participating in daily chores around the camp, teaching camper skills, projects, out-trips, and helping to execute  various program elements such as  chapel sessions, games, and activities.  


    The 'Discipleship Camp' program creates opportunities to understand and engage our identity in Christ within community. 


    Preference is given to those age 19+, and those with prior Bible camp experience..

  • Program Assistant

    As a Summer Missionary you will work closely with the Program Director to make up the Program Team.  You will help plan, prepare and implement the summer program and all of its logistics to ensure that all of Camp's goals are being met.  As a fun and energetic personality you'll enthusiastically engage campers and volunteers, and lead large-group activities.  As a details-oriented person, you'll be in consistent communication with all of the volunteers and departments (eg. cabin leaders, kitchen team, facilities team, etc.) helping to manage the persons and processes for an effective and timely program


    Preference is given to those age 19+ and with prior Bible camp experience and/or leadership training/experience.


    Supported by the Program Director and Ministry Director.

  • Program Helper

    As a Support Team Member you will have a keen eye for the details and behind-the-scenes needs to help the camp program run smoothly.  Working closely with the Program Team, you will be involved in several direct camper supervision scenarios (eg. teaching camp skills and providing extra support to cabin leaders during Chapel sessions, out-trips, etc.).  You will also be one of the main persons to help set up and take down events (eg. theme meals, wide games, campfire, etc.) and  contributing to the camp in various ways, as asked of by leadership.

  • Lifeguard

    As a Support Team  Member,  you'll oversee and be responsible for waterfront safety in our fun and exciting ocean activities.  Conduct swim tests for campers and supervise them at waterfront activities like canoeing, tubing, cliff-jumping, and swimming in a lake and in the ocean.


    Bronze Cross / Bronze Medallion is required.  N.L.S. certificate is preferred.  


    Because this role will only take part of your time, it will be combined with at least one other position--often that of Program Helper.

  • Photographer / Videographer

    As a Support Team Member, you have  a natural eye for the visually beautiful.  You'll be a keen observer of all the activities happening throughout the week, and will capture high-caliber media of those events.  At the end of each week, you will pare down your work to a manageable number to be used in promotional material throughout the year, and perhaps even a simple slideshow or video of memories to exhibit to the campers that week.


    Because this role will only take part of your time,  it will be combined with at least one other position--often that of Program Helper.

  • Camp Nurse / First Aid Attendant

    As a Support Team Member, you will be responsible for the general health and safety of campers and volunteers, including medical response to injuries, dispensing of approved medications, performing medical checks, medical paperwork and communication with outside medical agents, and the medical registration of campers. 


    Level 3+ First Aid is required. LPN or RN certification is preferred.


    Because this role will not only take part of your time, it will be combined with at least one other position--often that of Program Helper.

  • Head Cook

    As a Support Team Member, you will be the weekly leader of the kitchen team.  Working lovingly with Assistant Cooks, you will provide tasty, nutritious, and budgeted meals and snacks for about fifty to eighty persons each week.

    NOTE: You will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE to prepare menus, order groceries,  hire Assistant Cooks.  These are the responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager.


    FoodSafe Level 1 is an asset.

  • Assistant Cook

    As a Support Team Member who's part of the kitchen team, you will assist the Head Cook as s/he prepares all meals and snacks for the week. Duties include food preparation (eg. chopping vegetables, shredding cheese, etc.), preparing recipes (eg. making and baking cookies, etc.), and serving food to all campers and volunteers.


    Supported by the Head Cook, Kitchen Manager,  and Ministry Director.

  • Camp Speaker

    As a gifted speaker you will prepare and lead teaching sessions to children, youth, or families, depending on the camp session.  The teaching will clearly present the Gospel, will be Christ-centred and based from the Bible. Typically there are 8-9 sessions in a week, and they should be engaging, relevant, and age-appropriate for the campers.
